JJ's Teriyaki Chicken

1 pkg. of chicken thighs (about 8 pieces usually)(you can also have it boneless but with bones is yummy too!)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar (white sugar works too)
garlic salt to taste (abount 1 tsp.)

Cook on Crock pot 6hours on Low or 3-hrs High
(You can also cook it in a big soup pot on Med.High for 2hours-however, the meat is SO much better when you use the crockpot b/c it just falls apart)

You can really have as many pieces of chicken as you want as long as the sauce covers the meat mostly.

Possible Side Dishes:
Rolls or sweet Bread
Veggies-i.e. broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage
Macaroni salad
