So I got this recipe from a R.S.thing. Jeff doesn't even like peanut butter treats and he loved them.Enjoy!
Cream together:
1cup sugar
1cup brown sugar
1cup margarine (soft)
1cup peanut butter
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Add and mix well:
1tsp. baking soda
1tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup quick oats
Spray cookie sheet. Press and spread it. bake at 375* for 12-15 min.
Note: The recipe says to spread more PB when it is done and still hot but I don't feel that this is necessary. It also gives a frosting but I think melting milk chocolate chips and spreading it over the top is perfect!
