If you like enchilades and even if you don't this is a yummy meal that is sure to have everyone asking for seconds. It can be a little spicy depending on your palette but you can adjust the heat by buying milder green shilis or milder enchilada sauce.

Ingredients:
10-12 tortillas (flour or corn but I prefer flour!!!)
1 lbs. hamburger or chicken ( I use hamburger because I grew up with it)
1 onion
1 small can diced green chilies
Garlic Salt
1 can enchiladas sauce
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken (If you have 2 c.of mush and no c.of chicken that is fine and vice versa.
1/4 cup. milk
1/2 lbs. grated cheese
1 can corn
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; Mix green chilies, garlic salt, enchilada sauce and soups and corn.
In 9x13 glass pan put on layer of sauce, one layer of tortillas another layer of sauce, another layer of tortillas, sauce, tortillas. etc. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
