French Puff's (breakfast muffin)

Always a delicious breakfast item. It is not anywhere near non-fat and make sure to bring your toothbrush to the table. They are soooo worth it though!

1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Cream together

1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
sift together

1/2 cup milk
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the egg mixture
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. (don't use cupcake paper!)
Bake 350* for 20-25 min. (We aren't done-look at the next part)

While still warm roll in 1/3 cup of melted butter and then roll in a cinnamon mixture (1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon)
