Julie's Salsa!!!

Here it is one and all the long awaited salsa recipe. All thanks to Julie for sharing her scrumpious salsa and enlightening our tastebuds.

Julie's Salsa
2 Large cans of S&W stewed tomatoes(the brand matters)dump into the blender and blend very breifly so that there is still a thick texture
1 tomato diced
1 large yellow or sweet onion diced
3 small bunches of green onions diced up to where it turns dark green
2 small cans of diced green chillies
1 bunch of cilantro dice it small so its not leafy and only the leaves not the stems. generally I don't use the whole bunch but just till it looks good
1 lemon squeezed into mixture
5-6 avocados diced
1 jalopeno -with this you boil it until it turns an army green, then take it out and cut of the top of it and then slice it down the middle and remove most of the seeds. the more you leave in the hotter it will be, so start with a little and you can always add more later. chop it into slices and then put a couple spoonfulls of the salsa back into the blender and puree the jalopeno. Add a little and taste then you can add more and so on.
Garlic salt and salt to taste making sure that you stir well and taste with chips.

I start with the tomatoes and just dump everything else in as I go. No rhyme or reason and I am sure that you will find your favorite way to make it as well. Call her if you have questions!
