1 Boboli pizza crust (or homemade)
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
mozarella and/or colby jack cheese
1 cup BBQ sauce (honey, hickory or regular flavors work well)
oregano
pineapple (optional)
red onion sliced thin (optional)
bunch cilantro, chopped (optional)
In saucepan combine BBQ sauce, honey, molasses, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Take Boboli crust and cover with shredded, cooked chicken. Drizzle warn BBQ sauce mixture over top. Cover with cheese, the more the better! Sprinkle with oregano and add any of the optional ingredients if desired. Follow Boboli baking temperature and heat until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly. Enjoy!
