Canadian Chop Suey from Grandma Toomer

This meal is full of memories and for those who have never had chop suey just think of it as a spin off of spaghetti:) Mom said Grandma would make it for birthday parties!

2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 onion Chopped
2 cups celery
1 Lg. Can Tomato Juice
1 sm. bottle of Ketchup
vermillium noodles (Angel Hair noodles are okay too)

Cook hamburger, onion and celery together
Add tomato juice and ketchup bottle
Simmer on stove for about an hour or two
Cook noodles seperately the add to sauce

Sides: hot rolls and fruit salad
