AKA "Chocolate Meth" as Jill lovingly calls it:)
Crust
1 c. flour
½ c. butter
½ c walnuts (chopped/ crushed)
-mix ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan, spread to create crust
-bake 350, 10-15 minutes
-cool completely, freezer okay
Cream Filling
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
2 boxes of chocolate pudding (instant or regular)
3 c. milk
- Tub of Cool Whip or make whipped cream from scratch (it’s just the topping)
-Combine whipping cream with sugar, mix, chunk in cream cheese, mix
-spread over cold crust place in refrigerator
-mix two boxes of pudding with milk, spread over cream filling
- spread Cool Whip over pudding
-grate chocolate bar over top and sprinkle crushed walnuts/pecans (as desired)
