Crockpot Italian Chicken from Tina Evans
4 chicken breasts (or less depending on # people you are serving)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
stick rice or noodles
In a small saucepan, over low to medium heat, stir cream cheese, soup, and broth. Add dry dressing mix. Mix well and pour over chicken in a crock-pot. Cook on low 7-8 hours stirring a couple times throughout the day. Just before serving remove chicken and shred. Stir back into sauce.(Can add a little water or broth if sauce is a little too thick). Serve over sticky rice or noodles.
