Baked Ziti

Baked Ziti was made for me by BFF Kim Weber. It was an instant favorite and so easy to make (not to mention delicious). It's as easy to make as Spaghetti.
1/2 lb. Ziti (or Penne or really any pasta)
1 15oz. container of Ricotta cheese ( I use Cottage Cheese)
3 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( usually use more:)
3 Cup Spaghetti Sauce (I recommend about 4cups or more. The sauce really makes this dish)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Boil pasta in salted water until tender
Drain and then set aside

Mix Ricotta and 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese with the noodles
In a 9x13 dish
cover the bottom with 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce
Add the noodle/cheese mixture on top
Cover with the remaining spaghetti sauce
Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake at 350* for 20-30 min.
