Sweet and Sour Meatballs

This one is for you Amber:

Meatballs:
1lbs. Ground beef
1 Egg
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs/crackers
1/4 c. onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
sprinkle pepper
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
MIX ALL
Bake 400* for 10 minutes

Sauce:
1 TBSP veggie oil
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks (***save the juice)
3 TBSP CORNSTARCH
1 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP vinegar
6 TBSP water
1/2 cup brown sugar
In large skillet mix oil and one cup pf pineapple juice
In small bowl mix everthing else
Med. heat 5-7 minutes or until thick

*serve with rice. Put meatballs and sauce and pineapple together. Yummy!
