6 Week Bran Muffins from Cousin Cyndi

2 cups All Bran Cereal
1 Cup Boiling water
Let stand

Cream:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. Margarine
3 eggs
Add:
2 1/2 c. whole wheat Flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking Soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp.nutmeg
1 c. All bran cereal
2 c. Buttermilk

Add cereal and water mixture
add-to taste: raisins, Almonds, oatmeal and coconut

Bake at 400* for 20 min.
Batter will last in the fridge for 6 weeks
These muffins are approx. 1 carb serving-and BOY will you be regular!:)
