Scotch-a-roos

My friend Tina made these for me and I haven't been the same since! I could eat the whole pan I think ;)

Scotch-a-roos from Tina Evans

1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups rice krispies
1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can use milk chocolate as well)
1/2 bag butterscotch chips

Spray a large bowl and a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. In a saucepan, melt sugar and corn syrup until dissolved. Stir in peanut butter until creamy. Pour over rice krispies and stir until well coated. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Melt chips together and spread on top. Let set in refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Very easy recipe to half as well!
