Soft Granola or Honey Squares-f/ Jill
3 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts (I used cashews)
1 c. flour
1 c. (or more) of dried fruit--craisens, dried apricots, blueberries, cherries, etc;( I used craisens/dried apricots)
-Combine all ingredients above
-Combine these ingredients, below, and heat to boiling
1 1/2 c. of brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
-Pour over the mixed dry ingredients and mix it all together
-Pat into greased 9x13 pan
-Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
-For bars, cut while warm
-For granola, dump out on wax paper and crumble
