Mom's Cream Sauce

This is the one that she uses for creamed peas and new potatoes.

Ingredients:
-Butter
-Flour
-Milk
-Pepper and salt
-Any vegetable

1. 5 TBSP. Butter, melted
2. spoon in flour and mix until it's a paste (like cookie dough)
3. pour in mix and stir, until desired creaminess--add salt and pepper while stirring (to taste)
4. Add in desired vegetable, already cooked

YUM!
