Mom's Sweet and Sour Spareribs

My favorite Sunday Meal! Add some new potatoes and creamed peas and I am in heaven!!!

Meat:
2-3 lbs. Spareribs (country style)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic salt, Onion salt and Celery salt to taste


sprinkle all over meat
Bake on broiler pan (or a pot-whatever) at 325* for 1.5 hours With lid ON

Put in baking pan (if not already) cover with sauce and bake 30min. longer WITHOUT LID
and Turn up heat to 375*

Sauce:
1/2 c. Ketchup
1 1/2 TBSP. Vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 TBSP. Lemon juice
